Shipping and Orders

When will my order ship and when will it arrive?

  • We want you to get your order as quickly as possible, so we try to ship your order the following business day after you make a purchase. Order processing may take up to three business days. Once shipped, your order should arrive in 1-4 days.

Can I change my order once it’s been submitted?

  • If we haven’t shipped your order yet, our customer service team may be able to help. Contact them by emailing online.orders@dapperink.com.

How can I track my package?

  • Once your package is shipped, you’ll be emailed a confirmation email with a tracking number.

When will an item be back in stock?

  • As an active print shop, we’re always working hard to keep our inventory up to date.  If an item is not in stock, it is always worth checking back in 60 days to see if we’ve reprinted it.  It also does not hurt to email our customer service team with a request at online.orders@dapperink.com.

Does Dapper Ink guarantee its products?​​

  • Dapper tees are quality made and skillfully printed. However, if your purchase doesn’t stand up to life’s adventures, we’ll make it right! Just contact customer service at online.orders@dapperink.com.

Returns & Exchanges

Free exchanges & returns under 45 days

  • This tee doesn't fit me just right.

  • I was sent the wrong item/my item is defective.

  • I found a different design of the same product I want instead.

  • I just don't want it anymore.

 

If any of the above phrases apply to you, please reach out to customer service at online.orders@dapperink.com with your order number, and we will email you a prepaid return label. Please Note: Items must be in unwashed/unworn condition to be eligible for a full refund.

We do not accept returns after 45 days

  • In the unlikely event that your product becomes defective (outside of normal wear and tear), we will gladly issue you store credit. Please send photos of the defect to our customer service at online.orders@dapperink.com, and we'll be glad to make it right!

How do I return/exchange an item in my order?

  • We will take care of it! Please reach out to customer service at online.orders@dapperink.com with your order number, and we will email you a prepaid return label. 

Can I return/exchange something I did not purchase through the website?

  • Dapper Ink sells merchandise, including many of the Greenville tees sold online, at a number of local events. We cannot process returns or exchanges for event-specific products or any products that are not featured on our website. Please reach out to customer service at online.orders@dapperink.com if you would like to return or exchange a Dapper product.

Can I return a gift?

  • Yes, if it is unwashed and unworn, gifts may be returned for store credit. Store credit will only be issued up to the value of the current sale price.

What if my shipment was incorrect or my product is defective?

  • On the rare occasion this happens, we want to make it right ASAP. Please reach out to our customer service team at online.orders@dapperink.com.

Can I return something I’ve worn or removed the tags from?

  • We do not tag all of our tees, so if the tag is "missing," no worries! We accept returns on goods that are unwashed and unworn.
