EXPLANATION

The price of a tee shirt order has three main factors. Once we know these things, Dapper Ink can give you a concrete price. In the meantime, we’ll provide an estimate and update it as we go.

  • Each color in the artwork requires setup time, color mixing, and time on the press, so a 1 color print will be significantly less expensive than a 6 color print.

  • Printing in multiple locations on the garment can also drive up cost because it requires a press operator to repeat the print run for each location.

QUALITY OF MATERIALS

  • There is a different price point for every style of tee shirt, and the more specialty you want, the more expensive the base cost will be.

  • Shirts with a lower base cost include 100% cotton or 50/50 blends.

  • Shirts with a higher base cost include performance tees, triblends, women’s fashion styles, and eco-friendly or USA made.

  • The more you buy, the better you price per shirt.

  • Typically we have price breaks at 48, 96, 250 and 500 pieces

We do offer garments in every budget, and we want to work with whatever parameters you have. Communicate your goals to our project managers and allow them to make suggestions to complete your project at the right price.

FAQ'S

If the number of colors in my design affects the price, how do I know how many colors I have?


  • We calculate the number of colors according to the number of screens we have to make to complete the order. So even if you have white ink on the front and back of the tee, that counts as two screens.




Are there quantity price breaks?


Yes, typically volume pricing applies to order of 48, 96, 250, 500, etc. pieces. Please note, these price breaks apply when you print the same design for your entire quantity. If an order of 100 pieces is split over 4 designs, we price them as 4 orders of 25 shirts.




Are there discounts for reorders?


  • There are no printing discounts for reorders. However, if you’re using artwork that Dapper Ink created for you, we will not charge artwork fees again.




When does Dapper Ink need payment for my order?


  • We will send an invoice for payment shortly after the client signs the Final Approval. Payment will be accepted at any time, but will be required upon pick up or before shipping.




What kinds of payments does Dapper Ink accept?


  • We can accept cash, check, and credit card payments for all orders.




Will Dapper Ink accept net terms?


  • We only discuss net terms on custom orders with clients with whom we have a long standing relationship.
